Mark • Lead Pastor
Mark met the love of his life, Heidi in college, when he delivered a pizza to her. They have been married for 16 years, and have two beautiful girls. Although he is a Colorado native, Mark's family also lived in Iowa and Chicago when he was young. They moved back to Evergreen, CO, and he graduated from Evergreen High School in 1987 (Go Cougars). He graduated from Bethel College in St. Paul, MN in 1991 and received his Masters of Divinity from Denver Seminary in Englewood, CO in 1994. Since 1992, he has been a youth pastor in Iowa, Minnesota and Colorado. Mark and Heidi returned to Colorado in 2001, and are enjoying living in the community and raising their family here. Mark’s lifetime goal is to love God and to enjoy Him forever, and he shares this passion with everyone he meets. Unlike most people, Mark loves speaking in front of crowds, which he does as often as possible. Mark also loves jazz and winter. He is afraid of snakes, bears, and the ocean -- which is weird in light of his Scandinavian heritage.
Jake is an Illinois native who loves Colorado and the mountains. He graduated from Judson College in Elgin, IL in 2004 and from Denver Seminary with his Masters in Youth and Family Ministry in 2007. He has been involved in student ministry since college and loves working with students. His lifetime goal is to live out Micah 6:8, “He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” Jake also enjoys most types of music as long as it is original … and he loves coffee. You can usually find Jake meeting with people at Starbucks and if you seek him out, even working at Starbucks. Jake is excited to minister in the Littleton area and to again work along side Mark with whom he interned under in a previous ministry. Contact Jake

Dave is a California native who grew up in the San Fransico bay area. He moved to Colorado in 1983 to attend college (Western Bible College), where he met his future wife, Michelle. They have been married for over twenty years now (Michelle is being nominated for sainthood!) and have four great kids! Some of Dave's earliest childhood memories are of wandering around the house singing Beatle songs at the top of his lungs. He has been involved in music for most of the past thirty years in a wide variety of ways - including radio DJ, audio engineer, roadie, traveling choir, rock bands, and working with church worship bands on all possible levels. Dave has a passion for corporate worship, world missions, and the local church. Dave also enjoys reading, progressive rock and celtic folk music (among other styles), and currently plays guitar and sings in a local country band. Dave is looking forward to making the worship time at The Edge a unique, powerful experience for all who attend.
Beverly • Administrative Assistant

Bev grew up on a vineyard in the San Joaquin Valley of California. She became a Christian at 15, turning from the drug culture. She met her best friend/husband during college when they were both working at an Armenian restaurant. One of their favorite pastimes is trying ethnic restaurants and watching international films. They have two grown sons in their early twenties. Bev has been a volunteer with Youth for Christ, at an assisted living center visiting the lonely, at a prison tutoring an inmate, and enjoys creating unique biblical teaching moments for all ages. She enjoys reading, hiking, biking and watching football and baseball. Her life verse is II Timothy 1:6-7 “For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.”
